At the ICSM, we train you, the medical professional, for work on cruise ships and we provide a smart platform onto which you can load all your credentials and apply to the cruise lines of your choice at the click of a button.
The ICSM provides training to ensure that you meet all the requirements necessary to qualify for a medical position on a cruise ship. Medical professionals on board a ship are responsible for the health of hundreds of passengers and crew members, so it is crucial that your training is up to date.
We have partnered with Emergency Medical Consultants in Florida to train medical staff in the following areas:
- Advanced cardiac life support
- Basic life support
- Paediatric advanced life support
- Advanced trauma life support
Some of our training modules can be completed online, allowing you the flexibility to work at your own pace and at a time that suits your schedule − whether at home or on a cruise.
